Curiosity Desk is an independent, owner-operated Australian network of three publications: Australian Curiosity, World Explained and Better Home.

Only stories that have completed our source and editorial review are public. More than 100 additional drafts remain offline until they meet the same standard; we do not publish pages merely to make the library look larger.

Why three publications?

Each has a clear reader promise. Australian Curiosity finds remarkable stories close to home. World Explained makes history and science approachable. Better Home turns professional cleaning experience into useful routines.

Who is responsible?

The Curiosity Desk Editorial Team researches and reviews every public story. The publication owner remains responsible for accuracy, corrections, reader privacy and advertising decisions. Readers can reach the team directly at hello@curiositydesk.blog.

What we will not do

We do not scrape and republish other sites, invent celebrity gossip, disguise advertisements as reporting or use a headline that the article does not answer.

Relationship coverage

Relationship stories focus on communication, confidence, safety, consent and healthy boundaries. We do not publish explicit sexual material, pickup manipulation, compensated dating or content involving minors.

How the network grows

We measure which subjects earn returning readers, not merely accidental clicks. New stories are published only after source checking and editorial review.
