A community for questions worth following

Curious Minds is the public Facebook group from Curiosity Desk. It is a place to ask genuine questions, share verified discoveries and discuss the part of a story that made you stop and think.

What belongs in the group

• Surprising science and nature with a source people can open.
• History that separates evidence from a good myth.
• Australian wildlife, space and useful everyday explanations.
• Questions and respectful discussion, even when the answer is uncertain.

How we are growing it

Membership is organic. We do not invite people from a private friend list, buy followers or fill the feed with unrelated promotions. New members should arrive because a story, answer or conversation was worth following.

What you receive as a member

We publish three self-contained discussion prompts each week. Each one gives you the useful fact or explanation inside the post, then asks a real question. You do not need to leave Facebook or click a link to understand the discussion.

Members can suggest questions for future Curiosity Desk investigations. When evidence is incomplete, we say so. When a reliable source changes the answer, we correct it.
